QR Code Attendance Tracking

Log into our convenient administrative Event Portal that allows for staff or volunteers to easily handle manual or QR code scanning badge attendance via their mobile devices.

Complex Live Events

Don’t worry, it’s not complex, it’s agenda-rich. Our complex live events include robust agenda items (with or without credit). Allow users to set their meal preferences, register (and pay) for the golf excursion and more.

Registrant Types

Need to collect different info from different types of attendees? Our system lets you set up specific questions based on the ticket type a person selects—like asking volunteers for their phone number and confirming they can lift equipment. Just assign a registrant type to a ticket, and we’ll handle the rest. Easy to set up, flexible to use.

Badges

Easily create badges that users can easily print out from their account. Select from industry standard templates and bulk print. 

Selective Event Day Access

Use badge groups to allow individual event day access based on agenda items selected when the user registered for the event.

Do I need to be "subscribed" to your platform to host a virtual event?

No. Events21 operates on event-based pricing. We do not have annual committments or subscriptions of any sort. Pay for exactly what you need.

What is your pricing?

Since each virtual/hybrid conference has unique requirements, there is no one-size-fits-all price.

Can you explain more about your customer support?

In addition to the support provided by your dedicated Events21 conference team, your customers will have access to our customer support team via a toll-free contact center and a ticketing system.

Our team will assist customers with accessing the conference, resolving any technical issues (such as poor internet quality at their location), and answering any certification-related questions (if applicable).

What's the difference between a Virtual and Hybrid Event

A virtual event is an event that takes place entirely online, featuring prerecorded content, live Zoom presentations, or webcasting, without any in-person attendance.

On the other hand, a hybrid event includes both a live online event and an in-person, face-to-face component. In this format, there is a live, physical audience and virtual attendees.

Do you perform live streaming or Zoom productions?

Absolutely. We can provide live streaming services and we specialize in streaming seminars at hotel event rooms and conference centers. We also can perform Zoom meetings, Zoom webinars or Zoom Powered Webcasts for entirely remote speakers.
